Some new DVD arrivals...the Twilight Time titles
all boast nice transfers and I'd nearly forgotten just how good a pic WHO'LL
STOP THE RAIN is. Don Siegel's EDGE OF ETERNITY has never looked better.
I will admit to not being a big fan of Fellini's films
(of which I haven't seen a real lot), but a few years ago I saw SATYRICON on
the big screen and was blown away by it. The Masters of Cinema Blu-ray is
gorgeous and well worth picking up (if you're in Oz it can be purchased through
Fishpond.com for less than half the UK price).
The other discs are a mixed bag of goodies
selected from a local newsagent's discount bin for 20 bucks.
